Healthwatch England

Healthwatch gives children, young people and adults a powerful voice locally and nationally. Healthwatch will work to help people get the best out of their health and social care services. Whether it is improving them today or helping to shape them for tomorrow.

Healthwatch can also help you find information about services through our Well Aware database or Freephone number. If you want to make a complaint Healthwatch can signpost you to an advocacy service that will help you to make your complaint. Healthwatch gives you an opportunity to help build a health and care system that really meets everyone's need. To do this we need to hear what you have to say about your health and social care services the good and the bad. We can then share your experiences with commissioners and service providers so that they can take them into account when they are reviewing and planning services. If you tell us about your experiences of health and social care services, you are helping us to speak up for both your needs and the needs of your community. Please, tell us your story – every voice counts! see more on our website
